As an online coaching client you can do your workouts in a variety of settings, including the gym, but also while traveling or even in your home if you have the proper equipment or prefer to perform only body weight exercises. I customize each and every workout and you’ll receive detailed instructions and a video demonstration with each exercise. I’ll change your workout every 4-6 weeks depending on your progress so things will never get boring and you’ll be performing a routine designed only for you, not the masses. Plus, my support goes wherever you go. Going on vacation or a work conference and need a bodyweight workout for your hotel room? No problem. I will customize one for you.

As a competitive bodybuilder, I used to be locked into a certain way of viewing what foods I could eat, what foods were forbidden. I’ll have a lot of questions about your goals, exercise habits, nutrition, temptations, injuries and any health conditions. The more I know about you, the better I can help you. This will include many things, but expect me to ask about things like:
Unlimited Email Support
You will have unlimited email access to me for support and accountability. Many times my clients tell me it sometimes seems like they’re my only client. That’s the feeling I want you to have too.
Your plan will be comprehensive and specific to your level of experience, available equipment, lifestyle and limitations.
Your nutrition will be tailored to fit your tastes, lifestyle and activity level. It’s not going to be about eating chicken, rice and broccoli at every meal. We’ll work together so you’ll enjoy your foods, and not feel like you’re on a restrictive “diet.”
Dynamic & Collaborative Programming
Based on your progress, our regular check-ins and your feedback, I’ll make ongoing adjustments to your program to ensure your continued progression.
