A Personalized, In-Depth Assessment
I’ll have a lot of questions for you about your goals, exercise habits, nutrition, temptations and stumbling blocks, injuries, and anything else that helps me to get to know you.
Your plan will be comprehensive and specific to your level of experience, available equipment, lifestyle and limitations. No one else will have a plan that’s identical to yours because cookie-cutter solutions are precisely what you don’t need. Your workout will have a weekly schedule for strength training/cardio and will include the exercise name, a video demonstration, and the number of sets and reps for each exercise. I’ll ask you to check in with me after each workout to help you stay accountable and to make sure you’re feeling good and confident about each workout.
Food is the big stumbling block for everyone and you know that you’ve tried everything but nothing has worked. Your nutrition will be tailored to fit your tastes, lifestyle and activity level. And, we’ll get you to forget about the word “diet” as you fit into those jeans you haven’t worn in years. Just imagine for a moment how that will feel.
I’ll make adjustments to your program as needed based on how you’re progressing. This is a dynamic plan that changes when you need it.
The program will be detailed, but questions are inevitable. You will have unlimited access to me by e-mail and we can Skype or speak on the phone when necessary.
Remember, I’m very attuned to all the stuff that rolls around in your head, and addressing that is part of the key to your success. I’ll coach you the entire way, and you’ll be amazed at the feeling of empowerment that emerges.
