What, When and Why: Using Food to Maximize Workouts

I was approached by the editor of Latino Perspectives Magazine, and asked to be the sole fitness source for this article, “Fuel up for fitness”. The article discusses how to eat before and after workouts, why it’s important, and provides specific types of foods that can help fuel your workouts.
